train station access clean room helpful staff
The location offered easy access to Interlaken West Railway Station. I found the room clean and orderly. The staff was pleasant and provided helpful advice about the area.

the location near the bus and train station was convenient.
The room smelled strongly of mold. rooms and bathrooms are old. They're also very tiny. the bed resembled something you might find in a prison cell.

The location was convenient, close to the train station. I had easy access to shops and restaurants. Breakfast included fresh bread and hard-boiled eggs (I especially loved the fresh bread). The mountain views from my room were beautiful.
The bathroom was a bit small.

the breakfast room was great, especially its self-catering facilities. the staff was friendly. the location is good, about a 10-minute walk to the station. there were tea and coffee facilities just outside my room.
the walls seemed thin, so i could hear neighbors sometimes. it was a little noisy. the noise was from people using coffee machines often. the noise started early in the morning.

the guesthouse is in a quiet residential neighborhood. the surroundings have great views, i saw the mountains from the dining room. the location is close to the city center and trains.

the guesthouse includes a communal kitchen available to guests. it has a microwave. there is an oven too, i could use it. the breakfast had everything i needed to start my day exploring.

i encountered a bad smell in the room. the towels were old and had an unpleasant odor (it was quite off-putting). the bathroom smelled of sewage, and the sheets had stains. the breakfast was the only redeeming aspect, but it wasn't particularly special.
